Beauty becomes us

August 2, 2008

My husband, Dennis Hysom, and I post a reminder in our studios:

Let the beauty we love be what we do.

I think it’s true. Our beautiful thoughts and actions become us. As do the ugly and unkind. “Let the beauty you love be what you do.” Rumi.

I wish I’d joined you for aqua aerobics as I think the sun especially sounds lovely and the giggles and smiles from the swimmers. I agree with your instructor and know that you do, too.

Smiles always feel good and do elevate the mood and that of those around you. Someone once told me, “Your smile is like medicine to me.”

Great blog. Keep it up. :) )
